The Chaplaincy
The chaplaincy at Lantaka Youth Club is on top of spiritual matters. This includes administering the Sacraments, offering spiritual guidance, preaching in guided prayers, organizing retreats and recollections, leading Eucharistic benedictions, and teaching doctrine classes. The priests draw their teachings from the rich and solid doctrine of the Catholic Church and are inspired by St. Josemaria Escriva's words and example. St. Josemaria is the founder of Opus Dei, also known as "The Work of God". The main spiritual emphasis revolves around the concept of discovering God in ordinary, everyday life - our responsibilities, daily tasks, and relationships.
